Rainy Days are always great self care days! How many of you dry brush?

It is one of the easiest/inexpensive ways to show your body some love! All you need is a dry brush (typically found in the spa/shower section of most stores.) Allow yourself about 10 extra minutes before showering to brush your beautiful body...start at your feet & always brush towards the heart to enhance all the benefits above with this self loving practice!
