Since childhood, Lauren has studied at the roots of the plant elders. A long time student of herbalism, gardening, ecological restoration, and a passionate plant inspired artist; Lauren has found that the magic and wisdom of plants both inspire her spiritually and practically. Lauren is deeply passionate about her own home garden that intermixes native plants, medicinal herbs, flowers, and food into a rich tapestry of life and healing.
