This session is intended to explore the layers of your physical, mental, emotional and even spiritual health. Through these layered lenses we can begin to get a perspective of who you are in balance and how it looks/feels when you’re out of balance. The goal is that over time, through the integration of plants and practice, you become well adept at continuously making your way back to that balance state of being. •Our journey begins with a Somatic intake form. It’s an opportunity for some self reflection and will help guide our session •90min Online 1:1 Session with Jessy Raspiller: deep dive questions, discussions and suggestions for integration of herbs and daily habits. Session may include guided meditation, breathwork, or intuitive support. •Adaptogenic Tea- after our time I’ll use the wisdom we brought to the surface to blend you a supportive tea for exactly where you are. It’ll be a 30 day supply allowing you to create a new ritual and habit •A text check in the day after our session which can be followed up with 15min call to ask questions or further guidance •Weekly text to check in to engage with how your journey is progressing. •Text or 15min call 30days from when you started taking your tea to adapt your blend with the option to refill or discuss continued support. Session cancellations are required by no less than 24. Please note that as a small business we do our best to accommodate as many clients as we can each week. Cancelations can always be accommodated but we request advanced notice to attempt to fill your spot
