A 75-minute hybrid session blending mentorship, somatic support, and Aroma Fusion bodywork
Service Description
This is where we begin to lean into the somatic language of the body and the clarity that comes through reflection—bridging what you feel with what you know. We begin seated, with space to explore what’s challenging, stuck, or stirring beneath the surface. Through intuitive dialogue, conscious questioning, meditation techniques, and breathwork, we map what’s present—creating space for clarity and inner guidance to rise. From there, we move into the treatment room for hands-on Aroma Fusion. Essential oils and attuned touch work in tandem to clear stagnation, regulate the nervous system, and help the body metabolize what’s been unearthed. It’s in this shift—from mind to body—that healing deepens. This session supports clients who are: •In the midst of personal or professional transition •Working through old narratives, grief, or emotional charge •Seeking to build confidence and reclaim agency •Wanting to deepen their relationship to self-care and ritual •Open to spiritual or intuitive guidance as part of their healing Each session is completely personalized and gently powerful. It’s not about forcing change—it’s about listening deeply and allowing space for what’s ready to move.
Cancellation Policy
Your sessions are held with care and intention. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so your appointment time may be offered to another client. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will be charged in full/sessions within a package will be forfeited. Packages and series are non-refundable and are intended to be used within the agreed-upon timeframe. Exceptions may be considered in circumstances beyond your control, such as medical or family emergencies. These need to be communicated and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. In the rare event I must reschedule, you will be offered the earliest available time or credited for a future session. Thank you for honoring both your commitment and my time.
