There are moments in life where you can feel it... the old version of yourself no longer fits, yet the next chapter hasn’t fully landed in the body. Essence of Her is a deeply embodied aromatherapy journey designed for women standing at the edge of transformation. Through guided somatic meditation, intuitive facilitation, essential oils, and hands-on Aroma Fusion work, this experience supports you in softening the noise of the mind and reconnecting with the deeper intelligence within. Together, we create space for clarity, integration, emotional movement, and the emergence of what’s next. This is not about forcing change. It’s about allowing your body to feel safe enough to receive the next version of yourself. This experience may support women who are: • Standing at the edge of a major life transition • Feeling disconnected from their direction or inner knowing • Moving through heartbreak, identity shifts, or personal transformation • Ready to reclaim their feminine essence and intuition • Longing to feel more embodied, expressed, and alive • Integrating after a season of deep change or awakening • Feeling the pull toward “more” but uncertain how to move forward • Desiring a ritualized space to reconnect with self You’ll leave feeling more grounded, connected, emotionally clear, and integrated with the woman you are becoming.
Cancellation Policy
Your sessions are held with care and intention. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so your appointment time may be offered to another client. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will be charged in full/sessions within a package will be forfeited. Packages and series are non-refundable and are intended to be used within the agreed-upon timeframe. Exceptions may be considered in circumstances beyond your control, such as medical or family emergencies. These need to be communicated and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. In the rare event I must reschedule, you will be offered the earliest available time or credited for a future session. Thank you for honoring both your commitment and my time.
