Tune Up Sessions are an opportunity to take a moment for yourSelf— to step out of the day and give yourself a consistent path to rejuvenation. Think of this session as maintenance for when your energy dips, your system feels overstimulated, or you feel ungrounded, anxious or disconnected. These 45-minute sessions offer focused support for: •Cycles of burn out •Stress Management •Emotional Overwhelm •Hormone Shifts •Regular Immunity Dips •Wired-but-exhausted state that makes it hard to fully rest or reset. A consistent rhythm of care can make the difference between surviving your week and actually feeling resourced through it. Tune Ups are an invitation to come back into your body, soften the stress, and reconnect with what steadies you. Aroma Fusion sessions are guided by intuition and attuned touch. We use essential oils on specific points of the body to shift energy, release stagnation, and support the systems asking for care. You’ll leave feeling grounded, clearer, energized and more connected to yourself. What to Expect A short check-in to shed the day and tune into your body’s needs An opportunity to close your eyes and relax A deeply attuned, personalized experience—no two sessions are the same A note on touch: Aroma Fusion requires skin contact. Clients are encouraged to wear minimal clothing while comfortably draped under a blanket More than a single moment of relaxation, Aroma Fusion is a rhythm of renewal—a practice of remembering yourself.
Cancellation Policy
Your sessions are held with care and intention. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so your appointment time may be offered to another client. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will be charged in full/sessions within a package will be forfeited. Packages and series are non-refundable and are intended to be used within the agreed-upon timeframe. Exceptions may be considered in circumstances beyond your control, such as medical or family emergencies. These need to be communicated and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. In the rare event I must reschedule, you will be offered the earliest available time or credited for a future session. Thank you for honoring both your commitment and my time.
