Venture Well in 2023

Let’s embark into 2023 with a sense of enrichment.

This year we’re inviting you to spend 30+ mins a day moving or creating from a space of curiosity. As potent as physical exercise is to energize our world we also know the importance of finding time to get lost and exercise our creative fires. In finding the balance between the left + right brain we want  you to get playful with your personal time investment.

Maybe one day this could be a yoga class and the next day you dust off the water coloring set you got during Covid. Spend some time at the rock climbing gym you’ve never visited or sign up for that clay throwing class with a friend that you’ve been meaning to try. The only “rule” or suggested guideline for this challenge is to find a playful spirit in the 30+ mins you invest in yourself.

Spark joy, discover something fun, and inspire others along the way.

We want to keep this challenge FREE for those who would like to connect with like minded folks near and far. We will be setting up a WhatsApp Global Community Forum.
