We will be sharing the practice of saluting the sun as the light returns back to the Northern Hemisphere. We will move through 108 sun salutations. This is an incredible challenge for anyone at any level of yoga practice.

Our Sun Salutes are a humbling opportunity to bow before ourselves and shift out what no longer serves us. Set an intention that will guide us into the season of bounty and harvest.
