Spring Equinox: Hike - Yoga - Meditate

Venture out with our community as we explore the surrounding Ventura hillsides and trails. 

This month we will explore Arroyo Verde Park and the many wandering trails it has to offer.

Melissa Kelly will guide us on a hike to the top of the park, overlooking Ventura and soaking in the beautiful views of the islands.  We will take a moment to pause in a gentle yoga flow, meditation, and journaling reflection. 

Please bring water, a snack and a towel or yoga mat. Please meet us at the front entrance in the grass.  We plan on leaving the trail head at 8:30 and will back around 10am.  Arrive early to sign in and sign waivers.
