Sound Journey Meditation

Dive into a deep meditative state with the healing sounds of Native American Flute, drums, gong, singing bowls, and many more vibrational instruments.  As you are guided throught this hour or so long event, by your guides Rose and Mathew, you may experience deep relaxation, restoration and transformational healing.  Rose and Matt intfuse their sound journeys with intentional healing energy and prayer.  

Matt is a master flute player, multi-instrumentalist and Sound Therapist.  He is part of the Ventura Pop Up Family, playing for Maxwel Miller's Yoga On the Sand offerings.  His partner Rose is a skilled Holistic Health Practitioner , Massage Therapist and Sound Therapist.  Together, they offer a powerful, vibrational healing energy to their guided sound healin g experiences.  The have come together to be of service to the community to offer healing to all who seek it.

Whether this is your first time or meditation is part of your daily practice, absolutely everybody is welcome.
