Release -Restore-Rejuvenate

Join Sarah Colesanti, our newest member of our wellness team, for a very special workshop event that brings together Massage Therapy, Restorative Yoga and Reiki Healing Energy. This powerful class is designed to release deeply stored energy within the connective tissues of the spine, hips and shoulders and create space for deeper breath, a quieter mind and relaxed physical body.

During the workshop, Sarah will guide participants through a series of Restorative Yoga Poses, designed to relax the body and the mind, while using gentle massage techniques infused with Reiki upon each individual participant in order to stimulate blood flow and deepen the restorative effects of each pose.

Please arrive before the time of the event to ensure parking.  There is somewhat limited parking at the studio and you may have to park on the street.  Please wear comfortable clothes and bring your yoga mat, water bottle, and any additional props to support your practice.  Studio for the workshop will be provided to all participants.
