In this 75-minute session, husband and wife duo Cam & Lauren Prendergast guide you through a deep listening and guided body-awareness practice. Melding live electronic music and ambient guitar with a series of relaxing postures and a long meditation, all focused on exploring and reconnecting with your root chakra.
