At the root of our anatomy sits the Psoas (pronounced: SO as) Muscle. The Psoas plays a huge role in the health of our body and can be the source of a lot of the tension and pain we carry around with us.

About the event
Sharing this practice during these times of great uncertainty has been a blessing that has allowed me to support many. Now I'd like to extend that support even further. All proceeds raised for this practice will go to benfit Yoga Foster. A mindfulness program working hand in hand with Youth, Teachers, and Parents to co-create stability and balance for the generation ahead.
