Partner Yoga, Stretching and Massage

After meeting in their yoga training, Cam and Lauren have spent their career together reflecting on how they can apply what they learn in their individual yoga practice as life partners.  This 90-minute workshop is designed to share your movement practice and self-care with your partner with the intention of providing you both with some self-care tools to boost communication and compassion as you assist each other through a sequence of full body massage techniques and stretches— with a little bit of good old fashioned asana practice of course!

This is an all-levels workshop, meaning you do not need to be an experienced yoga student to participate.  In fact, it will be perfect for active folks looking for new ways to fix up tight tissues with the aid of some helping hands.  If you have any chronic injuries please let Cameron or Lauren know before the session begins, and they will help you to modify your practice accordingly.

NOTE: due to CoVID restrictions and for the safety of our community, we ask that you only participate in this workshop with your significant other, or someone you currently share your living space with.  We will continue to adhere to Ventura County regulations to aid in reducing the spread of the virus, so we ask that you please do the same.  Don’t worry: there will likely be another chance to participate in a similar workshop in the future if you’d prefer to invite a friend, but for now, we need to keep it safe for everyone by minimizing exposure from close personal contact.
