ONLINE: Sunset Flow w/ Laura

SURPRISE... we were going to share it with you in the Wild, but Laura Bepko re-joins the VPUY family.  If you haven't had the pleasure of taking her practices, expect a very mindful movement flow for All Levels that will leave you more aware of how you aline yourself on and off your mat.

Join Laura Bepko for an online version of our Sunset Flow.  Laura will guide us through an All Levels Flow, so join us for your first class or come deepen your practice with us.

Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in.  Roll out a mat where you can see your computer screen.  Please note that your email confirmation will contain a link to sign our waiver.  Even if you've joined us in the past please take a moment to accept the terms of our virtual time together.
