ONLINE: Friday Flow w/ Chelsea

Ok, admittedly Fridays feel no different than Mondays these days, but we lets celebrate the upcoming weekend anyhow!!

Move your dogs, roll out your mat, and then message your friend to join you for a virtual practice!

Join Chelsea Wyatt for an online version of our Friday Flow.  Chelsea will guide us through an All Levels Flow, so join us for your first class or come deepen your practice with us.

Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in.  Roll out a mat where you can see your computer screen.  Please note that your email confirmation will contain a link to sign our waiver.  Even if you've joined us in the past please take a moment to accept the terms of our virtual time together.
