Mothers Day Sunday Soul w/ Heather

Wow do we miss you all, but nothing can truly keep us apart.  Let's unite as one BIG extended community and see how many yogis we can bring together this week.  You can finally share your favorite class with your mom in Nebraska and your best friend in Florida!!

Join Heather Perry this Sunday for an online version of our flagship class.  Heather will guide us through an All Levels Flow, so join us for your first class or come deepen your practice with us.

Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in.  Roll out a mat where you can see your computer screen.  Please note that your email confirmation will contain a link to sign our waiver.  Even if you've joined us in the past please take a moment to accept the terms of our virtual time together.

Payment Options

1. $20/10 drop in: You find yourself to be in a secure position to support our teachers + support others in our community that may not be in the same position. 
2. $5 drop in: You place value in what we offer but need to mindfully shift your resources. 
3. $1 drop in: Yoga is a valuable tool and in exchange for the value that you find in your practice you make a commitment to pay it forward: to support someone in a creative way only you’re capable of. 

When you register for this class you are making a contribution that is truly valued by this commuity.   We value you always and we appreciate the value you place in this community as well.
