Kids in the Wild Nature & Yoga Camp (2 or 4 week)

Choose the 2 or 4 week camp (2 week camp does not have to be consecutive weeks) for your child(ren) ages 7-12 years old. Children ages 5 and 6 are welcome with an adult along fo the exploration. The First week of Camp begins June 18th.  You will choose which days your child(ren) will attend and send us an email confirming the dates after ticket purchase.  The dates for either 2 or 4 week camps are as follows:  June 18th, June 25th and July 9th, July 16th.  

We are all deeply connected to Mother Nature.  Explore the wonders of this connection with our teacher River Galindo, who has had many years experience sharing his love and appreciation and stewardship of nature with children of all ages and through his passsionate respect of his Native American roots. Experience nature through movement and mindfulness practices each week along with nature hikes, plant identification, playful learning activities, conversations and sharing together.  Your child (ren) will be offered the invitation to explore how to become good stewards of Mother Nature and all her inhabitants through this enriching, mindful yet playful weekly gathering.  Each week will be different and your child (ren) will be engaging in a variety of experiences to explore nature within themselves and nature in the wild! 

*We are commited to creating a safe outdoor learning experience for your children and are limiting the size of the camps so that we can continue to adhere to social distancing guidelines.  We will require masks to be worn during the activities where children are engaged together closely (unless with children from the same houselhold) and with less social distancing between them.  Please contact us directly for any questions or concerns and we can co-create a situation that works best for you and your child(ren).
