SPRING CLEARING:: A Meditative Sound Journey+ Connections over Tea
This experience combines sound and guided meditation to invite your body into a deep relaxed state and spaciousness within. This is where inpiration and soulfully guided intentions can rise to the surface of our awareness. You will feel indulged in deep rest.
Whether this is your first time or meditation is part of your daily practice, absolutely everybody is welcome.
We will have props on-site but feel free to personalize your experience with your yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye masks or crystals.
The vibrations from sound healing instruments are known to assist our bodies with restoring itself to its inherent harmonic state. Sound baths are an opportunity for you to unplug, relax and immerse yourself in a deeply meditative journey. A welcoming, cozy and safe space will be created for you to surrender…
