Deepening Connection

You are invited to connect more deeply with a partner, spouse, family member, or friend in this 2.5 hour mindful movement, bodywork & partner communication workshop with hosts (and partners in business and life) Lauren and Cam Prendergast.  We will touch on the mind, body & spirit connection and how to bring these elements from your personal life to your shared life with someone you love.

-Guided music meditation

This workshop is ideal for couples, but platonic partners or close family are welcome. Together we will cultivate a stronger connection with simple guided practices that you can use to support and honor the depth of love in any relationship.
