Connect to Nature: Herbal Hike + Yoga

Venture out with our community as we explore the surrounding Ventura hillsides and trails.

This month, we have a special guest, herbalist/ acupuncturist Jiling Lin. Melissa Kelly will guide us on a hike to the top of the park, overlooking Ventura and soaking in the beautiful views of the Channel Islands. We will stop along the trail, while Jiling points out different plants and their traditional edible/medicinal uses. As we make our way towards the end of our hike we will wind down with a restorative yoga practice.

Come join us for our hike, plant education, and meditation.

Please bring water, a snack and a towel or yoga mat. We plan on leaving the trail head at the front of the park at 8:30 and will back around 10am.
