About the event

Yoga + Beer and all the Holiday Cheer!

Join us for this special addition of Bends + Brews.  We will kick off the morning with a 60min yoga flow with Michelle Mack.  A pint of your choice is included in your ticket purchase.

For bonus yoga points and to enter our contest, wear your "ugliest" holiday sweater.  We will cast ballots after class and the winner will receive a prize pack of VCBC + VPUY goodies.

Stick around and play some games with us in the Barrel Room and get to know your fellow yogis off the mat.

Advance Purchase: $20 for yoga + a pint of your choice

Day of: $25 

 

Bring your yoga mat (we will have a few spares) and get ready for a fun morning. It's nice to have a spare blanket or mat to pad against the concrete floor.

This is strictly a 21+ event.
