Barre at the Bar!

We're mixin it up in 2020 and bringing you a very special Barre practice with our very own Michelle Mack!

Join us at VCBC for a 60min Barre practice.  Barre is a fun, energetic, low impact practice  combining strength  and flexibility.  We will sweat it out to a playlist that will keep a smile on your face and get you ready to cheers your beer after practice.

Early Bird: $25 for Barre + a pint of your choice 

Day of: $30 

This event is open to men + women... ladies don't leave your men at home for this event.  Give them a challenge they'll be thankful has a beer at the end to celebrate with!

Please bring a yoga mat and optional Barre socks.
