As the season turns, we invite you to awaken—body, mind, and spirit—through the sacred art of self-nourishment. This immersive retreat is a call to reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom, clear stagnation, and step into spring with intention and vitality.
Our time together will be a journey of awakening the body’s natural flow—clearing stagnation, deepening self-connection, and embracing renewal. We will work with the lymphatic system, the body’s river of detoxification and vitality, through gentle movement, breathwork, and the ancient practice of self-herbal oiling.
With Calendula as our plant ally, we will craft our own herbal-infused oils, learning to work with this golden flower for nourishment, healing, and self-compassion.
