5 Year Anniversary :: Saturday Night Live

It’s been 5 years since we began our vision of empowering our community to Pop Up and as we head into this 5th season of Yoga in the Wild we’re expanding our visions of how to connect and dive even deeper with each of you.  We’re excited to launch our 2020 season with you in this unique LIVE event. 

Join us for an evening of LIVE music + yoga that will flow us into an ecstatic dance practice.

Ecstatic dance allows us to drop all preconceived notions of dance as we turn ourselves over to the rhythm and move freely to the sway of life. There is freedom in self-expression and we encourage you to dance all of it out into the world. Allow your inner child to come out and ‘dance like no one is watching’

This anniversary event will be family friendly and for all ages. We’ve included some special family pricing options to create a fun + healthy Saturday evening event for everyBody!

6pm- Doors open: Mingle + Optional Body Paint ($5)

6:30pm- Welcome + 60min Yoga practice w/ Live music

7:30pm- Transition into an Ecstatic Dance Movement

8:45pm- Closing Circle
