“Without inner change there can be no outer change. Without collective change, no change matters.”

Rev Angel Kyodo Williams

Yoga is the Union of mind, body, and spirit of an individual...

In a world that is out of balance we are each being asked as individuals to recognize the places that we are out of alignment and to find that internal equilibrium to bring a greater sense of harmony to the Collective.

The greater awareness is expanding and we invite you to ground in and be a ripple of change with us.  We've compiled some incredible resources that our team has been leaning into and sharing with one another.  We honor that each individual will show up in their actions in unique ways and even being a voice of change for specific causes.  Whether you're just getting started on this journey or you've been deeply connected to this Movement, we want to extend the invitation to join us in this journey for equality and a greater sense of balance for our planet.

Knowledge is a Powerful Tool for Change:

"Privilege isn't about what you've
gone through, it's about what
you haven't had to go through"
-Janaya Khan

Black Lives Matter Resources:

This Movement has built incredible momentum in the media and on social platforms, but now as we all awaken to the greater need for change, it's time to do the work that it will really take.  We wanted to build a landing page for the resources we've been leaning into.

The way we do yoga in the West often continues to create competition and separation with ourselves and others. Instead, original yoga exists as a way to connect us all - dissolving separation within and without. Through personal experience and an educator and activist, I know that yoga is here for us to cultivate power and transcend our limitations, personally and socially.

I AM a messenger of love sent here to remind us all that when we AMPLIFY our LOVE we automatically AMPLIFY our lives. I could list a bunch of things that would make me look “important” and “successful”, but what I want you to know about me is I truly care about people, our planet, and about maximizing my potential. I’m committed to knowing that when I leave this world that my tank was empty, because I gave ALL that I had and then some in the name of LOVE.

Yoga is forEvery Body

No exceptions.

Yoga has become a practice reserved exclusively for the privileged few: wealthy, thin, young, flexible, white and able-bodied. But yoga benefits all bodies, regardless of their shape, size, age, ethnicity or ability.

Human Trafficking:

“Justice will not be served until those who are unaffected are as outraged as those who are.”

-Benjamin Franklin

Human trafficking: includes-forced labor, forced marriage, prostitution and organ removal.

July 30th is National Human trafficking awareness day and you may have seen posts throughout social media alluding to how horrific this worldwide occurrence is. Statistically, 2020 is turning out to be on of the worst years ever. The U.S. is one of the largest customers overall. This isn't just a third world country issue, this is in our backyard.  California had the largest amount of reports in 2018.
