This week we're diving into the art of meditation, through a concept known as 'single pointed focus'
Let's just take a moment to debunk something: meditation IS NOT turning off the thinking mind. While with time and practice we learn to soothe the thoughts, meditation is much more a practice of being the observer. With dedication and practice there may comes time where the mind calms and we're able to just be still in time and space. But for the sake of entering into and deepening into this practice, let's assume we are not trying to stop the thoughts.
