Yin for Calm w/ Laura

Laura guides us through a Yin practice that will teach us the bodies ability to self sooth and calm.

Dive into this practice with slow movement and long holds. Grab some props around the house: pillows + water bottles work great to mimic bolsters and yoga blocks.
