This month, join sound healing gem, Sarah Zelman for an immersive Sound Bath which brings together several of her musician friends. Hefty Chieftain from Singular Nature and Nathaniel Sylvester from the Boland Underground and a very "special guest" join Sarah this month to share a vibrational summer jamboree sure to ground yet energize.  Let the waves of sound move through you an invigorate every cell.Whether this is your first time experience sound as meditation, or it is part of your daily practice, absolutely everybody is welcome.

We will have props on-site but feel free to personalize your experience with your yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye masks, crystals, journal writing, or anything else to support you in your movement and sound journey.

The vibrations from sound healing instruments are known to assist our bodies with restoring itself to its inherent harmonic state. Sound baths are an opportunity for you to unplug, relax and immerse yourself in a deeply meditative journey.  A welcoming, cozy and safe space will be created for you to  surrender to the experience and allow the sounds to take you wherever your mind, body and soul desires.

Please ensure that you arrive at early for a  6:00pm sharp start. Due to the nature of this event, being on time is imperative to create a safe and comfortable space without too much distractions

Pre-registration for our special events and experiences is deeply appreciated and extremely helpful to all of our teachers, presenters, creators and the team as a whole. Some of our events have an attendee requirement and low pre-registration may result in a canceled event. Signing up ahead of time prevents us to make the decision to cancel.
