I AM a Two Spirit Choctaw + Mexica Native with a passion for creative Healing Arts & Spiritual wellness. Inspired by Elders & an infinity for Nature, I’ve been a steward of local Hot Springs along the Kern River; involved in Indigenous cultural practices like Danza Azteca + Drum & Flute + Poi staff.

I AM a dedicated Yogi of 10 years & teach a Vinyasa flow class coined ‘River Flow Yoga’ with Ventura Pop-Up Yoga + Kundalini Yoga with Gong at The Pharm & private classes with Ventura Training Camp; a program for Firefighters. My movement practices can support One in cultivating a strong connection with Source & allowing Love to flow through the Body.
